Returns and Exchanges
At Three Labs Mercantile on Main, customer service is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your products arrive damaged, we will address the issue as soon as possible.
Sales, Clearance and Seasonal Items
Final sale, clearance and seasonal items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Three Labs Mercantile on Main will accept returns/exchanges on qualified items up to 14 days after receipt of purchase for in-store purchases OR 14 days after the online order has been delivered. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return and we will send further instructions. All customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items back to our location in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Returned clothing must have the original tags attached, no makeup stains/blemishes and must not be washed/worn.
Once we receive your returned package, please allow 14 business days for your returned to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment minus any applicable shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your non-defective, non-damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
What if a product arrives damaged?
We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes unfortunately, issues still occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please do the following:
1. Email clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to email@example.com
2. Someone from our team will respond to you within 24 hours, letting you know how to proceed further Final sale, clearance and seasonal items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. .
